With the Justin Boot Company as the cornerstone of the community, the town coincidentally enough is not named after the famous footwear brand. The historic downtown is super cute and they have an old fashion Christmas festival each year. The restaurants are the best kept secret with Margarita’s Mexican Food & Outlaw Burgers and BBQ in the heart of town. There are even a few fast food chains such as Sonic, Subway and the highly anticipated new Taco Bell that just opened in 2023! Homeland Grocery store is just off First Street, a great throw back market that makes it super convenient when you don’t want to go to the big-name stores. Northwest ISD is the school district here and Justin Elementary is a great small-town school. With a little more elbow room and green pastures as the landscape, Justin is a community that is just far enough from the ‘city’ but still gives you that country feel.
